  Well, he's an Aussie who is very well-travelled and has been to Singapore several times and loves our food.  He even has Singaporean friends.  He eats sashimi and Pinky's favourite sliced raw beef with raw egg yolk thingy... forgot the name.  Carpachio?  What's the Japanese name??  *scratches head...

  We talk about food and he eats stuff that the Club 30 folks will eat, but not me nor Ferret. 

  He is extremely artistic and creative, not the talk the cows to death type, lives near me right in Chapel Street and... aiyah... the rest I keep for another day.
