I don't like dressing up for the weather .... though it hides out of shaped figures very well ...
it's fun to go to a cold place for a holiday ... but to stay long term .......

You can get light wool or cotton ones, and you don't feel it in a really cold office. =P

Problem with honey or any marinade with honey/sugar tend to make the meat burn easily. Anyone knows how to make garlic sauce?
Worcester sauce? Oregano?

I like steak with Worcestershire sauce
And don't soak the steak in it
For the steak sauce I like a blend of Worcestershire sauce, butter, Red wine/rum/cognac, Soysauce and herbs of yr choice and the render you get from grilling your steak

remember those BBQ pics I posted in the Singaporean Overseas forum ? ....
sometimes I mix char siew sauce into the steaks also ... very shiok ...
I also marinate them at least overnight ..... so the meat's absorbed the flavour all the way through .....
i don't like dill with red meat .... dill is always a fish thingy to me .....
when I went to the northern lakes to fish, that's what we use for shore lunches, dill and flour and eggs as batter, and freshly filleted walleyes ...
