I like chapati.
I also like naan.... with butter chicken and some mashed-up spinach thingie....
Unfortunately, at some Indian restaurants, their butter chicken is more like plain ol' curry chicken.
Whenever i go a indian muslim prata place in Bukit Timah i always order the butter chicken. It's quite decent. There are several good 1s in little india too.

sometimes I mix char siew sauce into the steaks also ... very shiok ...
I also marinate them at least overnight ..... so the meat's absorbed the flavour all the way through .....
i don't like dill with red meat .... dill is always a fish thingy to me .....
when I went to the northern lakes to fish, that's what we use for shore lunches, dill and flour and eggs as batter, and freshly filleted walleyes ...
Sigh.... I will be having it tonight so that goes about marinating it overnight.... But I will do that next time.
Hey guys, why don't you post your favourite ways of marinading steak on "Share your recipe" thread so I can refer to it next time i am cooking steak. Thanks in advance!

Little India? Varies from place to place....
Once I went to a place near Mustafa with Bear, Zora, Lf and the FS.... pretty decent stuff there.
On another day, the FS and I went to another restaurant near Mustafa..... and seriously, the butter chicken there sucked.
Btw go easy on the Worcestershire sauce
It's meant to add a little to taste and not to empty the entire bottle into the sauce
It's just to add a whole new dimension to the flavour.
just woke up.

Honestly, for the average man on the street, most point-and-shoot cameras are good enough.
My first digicam was a 3.1 MP Fujifilm.... and I remember how it was capable of shooting clean and sharp pictures in most conditions.
Megapixels are kinda overrated when it comes to the man on the street who prints no larger than 4R-sized pictures.

fuck them.
anyway, I tried sending a bunch of pics for printing to 8 by 12 to my neighbourhood photolab because they're cheap and near my place. FAIL. cannot follow simple instructions to leave my files alone and print as is. the fuckers went to autolevel and my pics turned out with a colder color temp. just to confirm, I autoleveled the same files at home and got exactly the same look. $%^&8@! fuckers.
will continue using my usual lab at the adelphi.

damn, i don't even go to photolabs now... my prints are big and i have to go to the printer who prints inkjet.

for me 8 by 12 is standard size. if I really really like a particular print, 12 by 18. I don't print any larger than that. I don't bother with 4Rs anymore.
I could send you a few, kopi.
u have it on flickr? i take a look and see if i can do anything about it
They're on my computer. Shall I send via e-mail instead? Otherwise I'll go dig up my old account and post them there.
