stupid ex little boss!!!!!!
he wont let the new secretary do any of his letters and she felt so depressed cos she thot is she TAT bad?! come on she's new wat!!!!
his secretary kenna go do recept duty, ask the new gal to amend some letters for her cos today must send out... he went to the new gal said, "she gave u EVERYTHING?! put ur initials since u do one..." wtf... it's minor amendments only!!! >.<
idk wat's wrong with him.. he have to make all secretaries buay tahan him issit?!

guessing your normal/usual practice is not to have the preparer of doc/letter initial? coz i usually have the docs for which i have to look at/sign initialed and i do the same if i need to push any docs up to my bosses.

the practice is to have the initial... but my colleague have to go do recept till 4pm mah... so pass to the new gal to do the amendments...he won't let the new gal do anything cos he dun want 2 secretaries to flood him.. but his own secretary is overworked!!! >.<
