sometimes in life, you have to live and let live..
a little bit of fat is balm for the soul..
and most of all, whatever the hell exercise you put in will not lessen the amount of guilt you suffer.. so ignore that guilt and exercise.. just do the exercises you love and be healthy... while you enjoy life...
why do those fitness fanatics live so long? it's the hours of exercise.. and when you subtract the time they took to exercise and suffering to the time they're alive, you may find that they live shorter than those who enjoy themselves...
so... suffer longer? or enjoy yourself?
have a mooncake.. make sure it's filled with lard
the lard alot anot huh?
one piece is hw much?
I don't like mooncakes anymore. They're too sweet for my liking now.

I think 1 yolk is enough for the saltiness to bring out the sweetness of the lotus paste
If not it's like eating egg yolks :O

I've gorged on mooncakes before.
But the favourite is those piggies in basket. bakeries nowadays have them in crab, hello kitty, fish, doremon & keroppi designs.
Sept 11, I am involved in holding a mooncake gathering for the SPF VSCs HQ.
Was talking to 2 ah sirs last night. Comfirm Ah sir 1 bring 2 boxes of plain lotus mooncake from Tanglin Club.
Ah sir 2 will bring chinese tea-pu er & about 6 pomelos.
Me will need to bring 8 boxes of different flavour mooncakes and the 'gua zi'.
Should be 2 boxes of Fried Yam vegetarian mooncake.
1 box of those with pure nuts
1 box of flavoured mooncake
3 boxes of ice cream mooncake
1 box of red bean with egg yolks!

I prefer lotus paste with melon seeds and NO egg yolks. Too bad my favourite brand here, which is actually from Macau, doesn't come with no egg yolks with melon seeds!!
I see all of you are so spoilt for choice in Singapore.
