I think hes at least a good 20 kg lighter than me? Lets assume 3/4 my weight therefore at same fitness I jog/run 5km he shouldbe able to do 6.7. account for age + I'm really unfit, he should easily be able to do 10 =D -

that's the thing - sprain, tissue inflamed, a bit swollen - but i don't remember falling or putting additional weight on it or pain until monday night. thought it was probably some stress from running and would disappear by tuesday. it didn't and i had it checked on wednesday. nada fracture, nada crack.just how painful is the massage?

Normally we show the parents what they did for the lesson and give some feedback if there were any difficulties. And normally they're quite understanding...or at least most of the parents we get are. The snooty ones who have princes and princesses are the ones are the toughest to deal with.
