I eat my cockles with laksa. Mum do not allow us to eat the semi-cooked cockles.
If my toilet trips are not so frequent, I should be able to fly off tomolo. Most prob, I will be in HK for abt 2 mths. I am goin to pig out at the Dai Pai Tong in HK, and my roast goose...
I am too old for disneyland, plus I will be commuting bet HK and other parts of Guangzhou.

i eat cockles semi-cooked...so if the cockles are good and fat, the table ends up like a bad crime scene
another way of eating cockles is to semi-cook them, shell them and then put them in a jam jar filled with dark soy sauce, minced garlic and some chilli.. put in fridge for a couple of days.. eat with teochew porridge...

hello everybody....:)went to pasir panjang with 3 photo kakis 2 weeks ago..
had 2 big stingray and 1 superbig plate of hums...plus satay, char kwey tiao, hokkien mee....and 2 glasses of sugarcane drink each..
