10 kliks? That's not too bad. There are still four months for him to train.I assume that he's run at least 5km before in school road runs, etc? If so, then it's not too difficult to train him up to 10km. Just start him off with 2.4km and then slowly ramp up the distance week by week.

yah... should be enuff time....when i did my jogging, i was able to jog for 15km after 2-3 mths (2-3x a wk)... but running is more difficult lah...

the office assistant in my section with 2 o'level passes who just photocopies, deliver mail, and not much else gets paid about $800 -
i got an ITE cert, maybe i should go be a despatch rider part time

That kind of pay is disgusting, and just by looking at my colleagues it isn't easy work trying to keep the kids engaged for just an hour.
