actually, kong ba is shanghai cuisine izzit? i see it in the shanghainese rest here.

kong ba is quite universal ..... you can find it in china from north to south ...
I ate kong ba in hang zhou before ....
just that the method of stewing is different .....

oic. hmm.....all the years living in sg, never had it leh. my dad and bio mum are hokkien but no cook at home leh. stepma one is canto, stepma two is teochew. so, lagi no cook. :|
