my granny's traditional hokkien version is the best .......
I like it with the rind on and the fat thick ..... and I'll add a mushroom inside for added flavour

kong ba is quite universal ..... you can find it in china from north to south ...
I ate kong ba in hang zhou before ....
just that the method of stewing is different .....
they say that the fat stewed for so long has all the bad cholestrol stewed out already ....
