I think I've hurt my left wrist at the gym just now .....
it's sore from just now .... but now after dinner and shower it's really starting to hurt ....

use a cold compress on ur wrist and don't strain it.. put a koyok on it tonite
if it doesn't get better, then need to go look for tui na..

I was doing bicep curls with too heavy weights I guess ..... on the last set my right wrist gave way and the palm got bent backwards ....
it felt fine flexing it right after .....
but now it's starting to hurt .... typing this with minimal left wrist movement ....

you need to check by pressing the bones.. make sure they're not broken or anything...
if it's not, cold compress... and see a chinese sinseh in the morning...
oh.. coming for belachan fish tomorrow?

I would love to, but I don't think so ... tomorrow is a busy day, patches and cookie's bath day .... and jog night ....
and with the wrist like this, I wonder if I'd be able to do anything tomorrow ...
