just came out from a meeting via video conference with japan office.
when it comes to organising events/training, the lady boss has no clue of whatsoever.
So when i ask her about the coming training course in Malaysia(next month), japan request me to consolidate financial information for them(japan), she(the lady boss) told me its insane and ignore.
So during the video conference with japan office just now, Japan requested us to consolidate the financial data. She agreed to japan. I turned to look at her, she told me "you will have to consolidate for them"

Let's just say there's a little project that needs to be handed up and the quality is not going to be as good as they wanted it to be. Given that there was zero budget for it, my team members did not exactly pull their weight, not so bad already. But the buck stops with me so I'll bend over and take it instead of blaming it on others lor.

yeah, team heads take the crap. in my case, the fessed up fellas not even my team and the boss for one of them "conveniently" can't make it for the board meeting. -
