Aglio Olio!
My first full meal I prepared for my ex hub in this home was cream based ribbon pasta with olive oil and garlic set to simmer using a ceramic aroma burner.
In other words, put a clean aroma oil burner, pour in olive oil and garlic, kept hot with a tealight candle; for dipping with bread.
I love this Sun-dried tomatoes-based sauce with chilli thrown in for some heat from this awesome Italian Pasta Restaurant right in Lygon Street. Nobody knows pizza and pasta like the Italians!

Wow! Sounds really yummy! Plus the soft glow of the candlelight must have made it pretty romantic.
