k. secretary from thailand is on msn messenger with me. we are discussing locations and houses i can rent next year in phuket.
i am asking for 5000baht, with toliet and kitchen together, preferably a front yard tht has a gate so can keep motocycle there.
it should be near or in phuket town.
ive also asked to buy over a spare pick up from the office and mostly the secretary's spare cub kia motorcycle.

I seen that fellas namecard. A friend showed it to me.
He is just like any typical property agent. Most likely tall and skinny. I even saw the name and property agency so I guess he wont be hard to find.
She was kinda lectured by a group of us over this issue with this guy. See how....most of us is already telling her she will expect another lecture 6 months from now over this fella.
The girl is actually young, slim, pretty with her family staying in Condos. She also should be a graduate earninga decent salary.
I asked her one question: that guy most likely only have o levels right. no way near her standard. She kept quiet and agreed.
Maybe I am stereotyping, but its seems like he isnt the only fella I've heard and seen eating soft rice.

Its mostly my fault.I can leave, but I cannot do so with a peace of mind because Mom is seriously homelss when I do.
My offer to my siblings was originally that we all chip in, buy Mom a elderly studio apartment but my sister resisted, she was against that idea to contribute to mom.
So my final offer, my brother to come up cash of 65k, (because he didnt have enpough CPF and that he took 80k from mom for his UK studies.) And since I was also accused to have taken mothers money....my offer is that I will offer up any CPF & cash to cover what he cannot cover.
In other words. bro pay 65k out of 80K he owns. i am to cover about 45k in excess of that 15k i 'stole'.
if the sibs still turn down this offer, then I have all my right and reason to hire someone to break my brothers legs when i find my mother living on the street.

Called the doctor this morning.
I am not having dengue and my blood count is normal. ^^
As for the chiku-something, result wll be out next week. Good news for me for the time being.
Doc says my on-off fever could be due to viral infection. Still need to monitor for a week.
As for now, i am taking temp three times a day and its like the stock market - morning low, afternoon up a little, at night down....Low as in not the normal temp. so my temp range btw 37.2 to 37.8 for the whole day. When i am normal - 36.8
