  the family upstair also scream and yell everyday

  the kids cry, the maid shout, the man of the family always holler at everyone, the woman of the family screams

  wth they have been doing it for years

  sometimes i wonder about my neighbour just one floor below me

  he was my sec sch senior

  so long no see him

  maybe he died or something

  i scared i go knock on his door ask for him then his mum prolly will start crying

  haha

  this maniac is "irresponsible and unpredictable" and has been seen diving into a pile of stuff, then having leeches crawl on his head, diving into mud and eating something from it.. then trying to grab an electric eel

  it's like Jackass on Animal Planet

  Is AV ill or something? I mean I can understand calling an early night 1 day but 3 days in a row???!!! How much zzz does one possibly need? Well for one, I can't even manage 2 consecutive days of 12 hours.

  And I thought it was the contrary ie you learn sleep deprivation just so it blunts out the harsh orders coming out from your commanders. LOL!

  just finished dinner... cooked for 's parents... winter melon with pork ribs soup; ginger and spring onion stir fry chicken; fried onion eggs... made stir fry veggies...

  i hope no one have tummy problems! hahahahaa *burp*

  I think he should just eat it. After all it was a lovingly prepared meal. Plus he can always work it off tomorrow.

  Just got back from jogging.

  I tried doing fartlek (Swedish for 'speed play') just now. Jog for two lamp posts, sprint for three lamp posts. Did that for 4km.

  Wah.... it's a lot more tiring than I thought.....
