After I solve my Sleep Disorder problem, I'll purchase a stand-alone freezer and perhaps a portable air-con before summer arrives, and THEN, after I get good sleep, I'll start driving lessons.Right now, it's dangerous for me to drive because I fall asleep too easily.

MPB thought I was talking about those 1 colour Cichlids with stripes you commonly see in aquariums -_-
I was talking about those large and colourful ones like the Green Terror above
Too bad our tank currently won't be able to take Malawi Cichlids
Those are the nicest but will need very high pH of above 8.0 :O
That is impossible to maintain with Piggy around
I would love to get a Blue Jack Dempsey Cichlid

i still remember when i was a kid.. always making noise for father to byu me this fish and taht then put in pond and watch them die..
cos i last time don't know wad is sea creatures and fresh water creatures ><
i actually buy a nemo and put in the pond.. after few mins it float up

Actually, when I was a schoolkid, I remember things weren't so complicated. We just trooped down to the 'fish shop' in the wet market in the neighbourhood, and bugged mom or dad to buy this fish, that fish, then just throw them all into the same tank, see who eats who, who survives or not.
When I was in primary school, guppies were like SG$2.00 one huge bag and angel fishes and swordfishes were like 30-40 cents each. Biangz... I'm like sooooo lao liao!

You cans till get a bag of guppies at $2.00 a bagYes colourful ones too
These days you can get swordfishes at $2.00 a bag and platies too coz no one keeps them these days in Singapore I think. They always end up as feeders
I'm not sure bout those cheap angels anymore ... never liked Angel fishes

I didn't like them either... but in my time, we didn't get much choices.
There were only guppies, black mollies, all manner of goldfishes, guppies, carp and angel fishes. That was it. I'm talking about the '70's. 
Black mollies are cute... everytime I stuck my finger into the tank, they will come 'kiss' it... soooo ticklish!
