And what AV said is slowly coming true...

Coz the one I had was a wuss
These 2 are young and have not been trained
They are hunters
Yesterday they feasted so much on the feeders that they look like tiny balloons and I thought they will explode >.<
I told Chris that if you don't train these 2, one day his fishes are going to be Gulper food.

My baby Pacman catfish

so does the lobsters kiap my penis = instant orgasm?
I don't like fishes, you can't hug a fish like a dog, well at least not in a non yucky kind of way.
The only fish I will seriously consider hugging is a mermaid.
Anybody knows where I can buy a mermaid?

I prefer pets like cats too.
However, I can't keep cats because of space constraints and landlord's rules. In the meantime, it's satisfying to have something else that's alive in the house besides myself!
My new 40L aquarium is actually like a "Live" TV of sorts... I find myself just sitting in front of the aquarium, spacing out and just relaxing. Sometimes I feel like some kinda voyeur, peeking at the residents going about their business, laughing at their silly antics and having a sense of satisfaction seeing them feeding and swimming happily about.
I also play a kinda seeking game where I try to find where all the residents are. There are so many hidey holes in my aquascape now, it's really interesting! Sometimes, I wonder, "Eh... haven't seen that resident for so long! Si liao or not?"
Latest new residents...
Kuhli Loach X 4
Cherry Shrimps X 5
Albino Longfin Bristlenose Catfish X 1 (apparently a new mix bred by the aquarium owner and it used to cost AUD 300.00 when it first came onto the scene)
Peppermint Catfish
Lemon Tetra X 2
Runnynose Tetra X 4
So far, only one casualty. All other residents are happy and thriving!

Can I know how much did you pay for the Bristlenose Catfish (Ancistrus sp. 3) because it is now really common and not that special and it came onto the scene for a long time already.
I also hope you did not pay through your nose for it because they are very hardy and breed easily >.<
And I hope that the shop owner told you that Bristlenose catfishes can grow up to 13cm in length.....
I also hope that he told you the Peppermint pleco can grow up till around 15 cm in length.....

Seriously >.<"
They sell them really tiny because the big ones are expensive
And I hope that the bristlenose is big enough that she can see the bristles because the female ones won't have bristles and will look almost like an ordinary pleco :x

me have always been good boy
but me wanna post this for now
MPB caught these Maya cichlids today
We decided it was too tiny to go into the main tank so we put them into the nursery tank with the pacman catfish which is about the same size as them
The moment they went in, the pacman ate one -_-"
I think there is another casualty
Mr Brown looks like he ate today
Think is I don't know who he ate. I think it's one of the Red Face Monks

Cats are cute, don't mind them, but I just don't have a thing for fishes.

It's not the common Bristlenose. Those are pretty common and 'cheap' here... well, 'cheap' in Aussie terms.
These are Albino Longfins. They are white, and their dorsal and tail fins are very long, translucent and flowy and when they swim about, it looks like they are wearing some dress.
I didn't know the Peppermint can grow up to 15cm! I think they are slow-growing though so it's ok cause by the time they grow THAT large, I'll probably have a 100L tank liao.

Actually, I'm not that crazy over the aquarium. I'm considered a novice, intend to remain one, and I get my fishes and what-not cause I like the look of them. I won't go into that kinda cheem-ness that you and MPB are.
