don't worry. i survived on canned tuna too when i was in UK. and no, no ready meals either. canned tuna, fish, chicken, brocolli, carrots with spaghetti etc. you can dump pasta sauce on it - that's not too exp.

the prob is even if you don't get made in china products, who knows where the US/European producers source for their ingridients.

oh...i will survive.....but i don't get a wide variety of foods here. plus the kitchen is PUNY. the moment i step in, i just don't feel like cooking anymore....haha
i dont even buy pasta sauce >.< i just cook the tomatoes with random veggies, boil the pasta and dump the vegs on top. haha
i dont ever remember being this 'healthy' ever in my whole entire life.....=P

i tried looking for ma liang pork trotters. but couldnt find any >.<
i found the 5 spice pork cubes, some sliced pork thing and erm...cant remember what else. but NO trotters!!! >.< i had wanted to get some becos....i remembered u always talked abt it =P
