actually i stir fry the shreded carrots and turnips with soy sauce, pepper. but it's a bit of work slicing etc the carrots and turnips into strips. -
turnips are good for putting in popiahs.
or hamster food.

I think after that tainted pork food scare, most of Ma Ling's canned meat products have been pulled off the shelves. I used to enjoy the Bak Ting (5-spice pork cubes) fried with an omelette and made into sandwiches for the occasional really indulgent breakie but these days, I can't find it anymore!

you know, maybe if you tried selling them you can get lots of money. as av said those are collector's items now.

she's harping about stable income.
i don't know what she's complaining about when i'm still taking in what i earned with my previous job and with lesser work days!
and i've got shoots and stuff which will pay me for next 4-5 months!
