Well, when I was in Brunei..... the senior medic there gave me a whole bunch of chemical icepacks to be distributed to my company for outfield training....
When I returned the icepacks to him, several were missing and/or damaged.... he raised a huge outburst and talked about charging me and about how I had 'betrayed the nation'...
Nothing happened.... and I remember cursing that bugger about how what goes round comes round.....
A few weeks later, back in Singapore, I was doing duty medic at my medical center. I was opening the medical center for the day when suddenly that senior medic showed up and said hi to me. His head was shaved.
Apparently he was caught - for embezzling medical center funds for his own use. He was sent back to SG to be charged.
SO WHO'S THE BETRAYER NOW, YOU F**KING HYPOCRITE!?!?! WAHAHAHA!!!!
Oh, and what goes round comes round - he was tossed into DB and demoted from 1SG to 3SG. In the meantime, I got promoted to 3SG.... in short, we ended up at the same rank! Wahahahaha!!!!

I think this NC's pretty militant .... some of the members think they should not associate with other people in singapore who doesn't share their beliefs ......
I suspect they are bothering with me only cos they thought i was a one time catholic ... who's susceptible to conversion ....

No offence....
But with that kind of thinking on the part of the pastor, I'd rather just indulge in sin my whole life and then beg for forgiveness on my deathbed.....

I think some churches are like a cult and really no different from the Taliban except they don't go around bombing ppl but it doesn't change the fact that they need help >.<

I think I encountered the same kinda fellas in the Singaporebikes forums yesterday.
The 18 year old boy was quoting soemthing from the bible to say: God do not remove the temptation, but he will provide a way out for people who made mistake.
That boy was so righteous with it that I was busy flaming him for the previous day and yesterday.
well ... personally .... I'd be suspicious of anyone who's driving a big fancy car, drawing a big pay check and preaching to be a man of God .....

ah, that must be from corinthians. yeah, people who quote from the book day in and day out in front of non-christians drive me nuts.
tale of the tail wagging the dog...
to "improve efficiency" the assholes we got to manage the finances say they will not accept normal invoices anymore and we have to use e-invoice..
wtf is an "e-invoice" ?
why the hell are they making it impossible for us to do work without making it absolutely idiotic? isn't IT supposed to make things easier for us? all it has done is to take a 2 step process and turn it into a 20 step process...
the worst part is if the vendors cannot or do not issue "e-invoices", then we have to pay for it then claim.. what?? projects we pay about $20,000 then claim??
WTF???

it's alright if they are a cult .... cults tend to die out .....
but they've become a corporation ! ... a blardy big business ! ....
I dunno about you guys ... but I don't subscribe to the so called "prosperity theory" ... I like my "men of god" to be at least "not rich" ....
stressed now... should i get april tix... or not... to get or not to get, to get or not to get...
