Yes. There won't be a case. It will be thrown out. First of all, it would be impossible to do certain procedures without touching the individual. Secondly, most of us would have had to touch hundreds of boobs and our own colleagues and previous patients can vouch for us. Thirdly, with the admission form, patients or their guardians have to sign a consent for all procedures that are deemed necessary to be performed.
I don't think any judge nor jury will entertain this kind of groundless claims.

PSD yet to decide on year-end salary revision for civil servants

SINGAPORE: The Public Service Division (PSD) says it will need some time to study the private sector data and salary trends before coming to a decision on whether the Civil Service will see a year-end salary revision for 2008.
It said, "Civil service salaries are reviewed and revised regularly to keep in line with the private sector."
However, bonuses are expected to be scaled down.
The PSD says a significant part of a senior civil servant's annual pay is structured as a GDP Bonus, which is pegged to the GDP growth rate.
If Singapore's GDP falls, the bonus will also fall. For example, ministers can get a three-month bonus if Singapore's GDP grows by 5 per cent. If the GDP growth is 2 per cent or less, they will not get a GDP Bonus.
Minister-in-charge of Civil Service Teo Chee Hean had said in 2007 in Parliament that ministers will enjoy higher GDP bonuses only if the economy is doing well.
"Twenty per cent of the ministers' salaries will be predicated on the GDP bonus. Another quarter is performance-dependent," Mr Teo said.
Singapore's economy is expected to grow by three per cent in 2008, lower than the initial forecast of between four and five per cent.
The third phase of salary adjustment for civil servants is scheduled for the end of 2008, following similar adjustments in January 2008 and April 2007. This is to bring public sector pay closer to private sector benchmarks.

I think what this article is really saying is that there will be a pay hike for ministers at the end of the year while the rest of us get nothing.
it is to help the mini-stars out of their "dire poverty" that they can have their usual 3 abalones with their sharksfin instead of 1

How can they expect to lead with loyal followers if they keep on doing unjust things like this?!

Hugs missy tight tight too.....
Mouse is not feeling too well. Still getting over the cold and cough. Was coughing so much last night that I didn't sleep well. Think in the end I was so tired that I just fell asleep.
I made my colleague a Mars Bar cheesecake last night. Glad that everyone enjoyed it.
Honeymousey, are you still around? This year, shall we attend the Suzuki Night Market at QV Market?

Waaaah! Photos!!
I'm giving my headache a 1/2 hour to abate. That will determine whether I head out with a colleague for Yum Cha at Bourket St or not.

Thanks juice! Think I might need to go to the doctor again on Monday. I have had this cough for more than a month now... and it's still not getting better. And I recently came down with another cold which is not helping. Sigh....

No... no photo. It is sort of ugly. Forgot to line the base with glad wrap and had lots of trouble to get the cake off the base of the tray. Luckily it still tastes ok.
go see a doctor.. coughs which last a long time are probably a symptom of something more serious..
you could try that "miracle cure" of fatum, something called umeboshi..
in other news, Cold Chisel rocks!!

Don't forget to keep the 8/11 free too...... BBQ at our place.
I think the pet shop should be open too. Which one are you talking about? If you want to make sure, you can try giving them a call to find out.

that's not what happened to my mind often. Anyway, this is something that my son should know and can learn from it. Histroy repeat itself and on can learn to avoid the mistake from it.
for example, we should have seen it coming when our economy stagflation where our salary remain where it is but essential goods such as rice and oil grossly inflated. Emotion took over when en-bloc were everywhere and prices of property inflated 30% in such a short span of time.

I went to the doctor about a month ago and the doctor said the cough could last 6 weeks. And at that time, my phlegm was clear. Recently it started having colour so it means there's infection.

if one call to mind, the last civil service payrise was to serve the top servant including the grossly underpaid 33% ministers

Skin condition is ok.... flaring up every now and then but nothing serious. It is now getting to the stage that it's not getting better and worse. Anyway, I am going to see the specialist next week. Will see what he has to say about it.
