My resistence must have been really low that day because I have taken omu rice so many times and I'm okay..

the doctor told me 3 main causes of food poisoning..
1. Steamboat
2. Japanese food
3. Seafood

I think seafood for me is #1 cause.

har? food poisoning so fast take effect?
I thought usually it'll take like few hours for the food to travel down through the digestive system?
I watched 6 different set of Hentai last night. The last one was way too weird, about a brother and sister sexual relationship.
I couldnt shake the feeling about how it does looks real because a friend that was educated in Japan tells us about how some sisters or brothers in Japan are a bit too 'clingy' to their siblings.....

I had a mild case of food poisoning in USA. I landed there and the mother in law picked me up. Turns out, my sis's family is down because of food poisoning. And they cannot pin point the cause.
Its difficult seeing my nephew ganna. Children being sick is a terrible thing. My sis was totally down and couldnt make it downstairs even.
And almost two days later, I am the one sick with a runny stomach but holding better then them.
My brother in law traced the infection to a very used dish washing sponge. We started changing dish washing sponge every few weeks.
pour boiling water over the sponge thingy every day..
and change ever 2 to 3 weeks..
that being said, i think the one in the office pantry would have evolved to some kind of multi-cell lifeform by now

I don't dare to use my office pantry's sponge..
I've just changed the home dishwashing sponge.
Will be trying to bring a green scrub pad to the VSC office. The green scrub pad there looks like its been thru a War. Its now technically about 20 percent of its original size.
And I just remembered that that scrubpad belongs to me, I bought it there last year!

i don't even dare to touch the one in the pantry..
they can probably take it away and develop biological weapons with it
