  a lot of things fortified with b12 now lah. my yogurt provides me with a decent bit of b12. and i cant remember what else. cos i was looking at the nutritional values thingy and i was surprised at the amount of b12 there was in that thingy.......

  i think most meats provide b12. vegs in general dont give you b12...in fact, vit b(anything) is mostly from meat-stuff....
