i LOVE condensed milk! esp the ones they have in costa rica. it's like a drink there. you just drink the damn thing from the can and it's SO GOOD! sugar rush!!!! my cousin brought some over the last time he visited. brings back gd memories. haha
the last time i drank milk, it was some lactose-free milk. errr....tastes like crap. so watery T.T i'm better off drinking my soy milk and almond milk...

Regarding my trip, we are going to both Sarawak and Sabah. Going to Mulu, KK, Sandakan and Kuching.

I think low fat milk's a great scam ....
they take away the cream and sell it as one product ....
and you buy the adulterated stuff for even more money ...

almond milk? remember spewing out the contents of it - it was some chinese dessert soup thingy. -
I have sworn off soy bean milk .... and tofu ... of any kind after I read about the connection between soy beans and the health of my tadpoles ....
