thing is, these products can't be sold like that without the blessings of someone really high up..
and if the someone really high up knows, and didn't do anything, he's as guilty..
if there is fraudulent misrepresentation, i think people will have to go to prison..

i think the risks are somewhere there in the docs...probably in fine print as is the usual case. -
