  signed contract = you live with it even if you do not read the fine print..

  however, here the bank guy sells her the product knowing full well she's unable to read.. he misrepresents the risks to her and she signs the contract in good faith..

  i would say the guy fraudulently misrepresented the contract to entice her to sign it..

  does that come under the law of tort?

  wah piang.. thinking of O-levels for me.. is so long ago.. in the 80s...

  to think i screwed up a lot of it.. and still came through in the end.. i think i used up all my luck.. ahahaha

  i guess when you're in your teens, the O and A levels were like mega mega important stuff and you need to score straights on them blah blah blah. and now when you reminiscence on them...how many of us actually highlighted our report cards/results during interviews?  i for one didn't! but i do remember stressing out like hell when i was that age.

  i wasn't stressed actually.. i knew my math would carry me for 2 subjects, and that'll be pretty much enough then

  erm... can pass can liao lah... no need to score de... i got very good buffer (my elder bro did very badly) hahahahahahaaa

  i wasn't even stressed... i went see movies and all still... my mum got stressed tat i'm not stressed tho... :P

  'O' lvls....

  I gave up on my Science. I got a D7 for it. Hahahhaaha

  Average results though. Could get into JC but went the Poly route

  My folks figured poly was the best way for me coz they think I'll screw up big time for the Chinese paper in JC :P

  haiz.. i KNEW i'd screw up the Chinese in JC.. still the folks made me go..

  in the end, F9, F9 and after a crapload of studying, E8 

  but then, i ended up with 4 A-levels (with results.. ACDC!!)

  and a telling off by the GP tutor for getting B3

  O level - i failed my english - D7.

  Re-test i got an E8....and i don't dare to go for a re-test coz i know the result will be F9.

  but i got both As for both my chinese and maths paper...

  I didn't qualify for JC, poly or Pre-U...

   

  Wanted to do interior design but folks dun allow me to.

  in the end, i took private dip and high dip in accounting instead...
