  I'll only do it if I get better opportunities elsewhere. and ony if the difference is significant.

  doesn't make sense to stay on if there are better deals outside. I mean it would be dumb to stay in your job that pays you 400 bucks less, all things being equal. But must make sure jump to better/ or at least same lvl comp.

  dunno leh, for me enough is more determined by how much I can get elsewhere.

  I agree, with hisoka, job hop while u can until u find a job u really like...in terms or $$ or satisfaction. Or else when u get older, u might not even have the chance...

  actually me too, which is why I'll only go for jobs which pay significantly better.

  actually so far I find that only the pay matters, the stupid regulations and ecas matter too. I'm getting quite pissed off with all the stupid extra stuff like family day, retreats, events, etc. Can they just let me do my work? I have to go for those, and the workload doesn't get reduced, so I have to OT even more........

  Punisher: War Zone will be coming out in December.....

  I didn't watch the first movie, but I heard it was disappointing. Hope it'll be a good remake, just like what they did with the Hulk.

  family day? i don't even sign up or go. even at the annual management dialogue (some weekend away in some hotel etc to discuss next year's budget/strategy) - i go first day and never showed up for second day this year. coz it was getting so boring. don't think boss noticed or if he did...nada say anything.

  silly busy this morning and didn't notice that a new edition is now 4 pages! doing secretarial work coz she's not around.
