I think I was spared of leg cramps for few months now. Think its the occasional big gulp of 100 plus bought at 7-11 whenever I am out walking and thirsty.
I filled up with it instead of a normal meal.
But the hands and fingers still goes numb during the night.
i just buy too...
if i don't buy, they'll just go buy it themselves anyway coz they're not like trying to quit or something
