  alright my tv has finally came..knn actually scv was supposed to come today, but this tv was supposed to come today afternoon, so i told scv to come tmr, who knows they came and woke me up at 1045..

  i have a question!!

  i bought some good ground beef about 3 weeks ago at the farmer's market. and it's been sitting in the freezer ever since. until i took it out last night to defrost.

  is it still ok to make my burger medium rare???
