  ahahahaha.. the clerks got new phones to screen calls for the Dy Dir.. ones with screens and caller ID..

  thing is the phones have ringtones which are fricken loud and obnoxious so they're wrapping the damned things up in masking tape

  i sent an email demanding that they sort out some security passes i had returned (with a signed acknowledgement) in mid 2007... with a return receipt..

  it was cc'ed to my boss.. and guess what? the boss just opened it!

  actually, it beat the hell out of the former and not-missed No.1

  it was in 2002 when he was moving out of the office as he was transferred.. as he moved, documents came out.. he sent one back to the No.2 for action.. thing is, it was on his table since 1997

  the No.2 who got it was so shocked, he requested the No.1's PA to date when it came out from the guy's room
