  Oh Bear, if you're still around...on the touch n' go card, it's not specifically tagged to a vehicle reg number. It's a bit like the ezylink card. Just swipe it at the toll booth on the way in and outta the highway. It also works in some of the parking places in malls etc. There are signs indicating which places accept the card. Also the top up can be done via some of the ATMs.

  I know for some time SG Maybank ATM allows TNG top ups

  anyway when Ion@ Orchard is up, a new underpass would be completed to replace tat problematic pedestrain crossing bet Orchard MRT and Wheelock Place

  last week I saw real accident, just they managed to avoid by hairbreadth length

  pedestrain timing too short, ppl red man also still cross, cars not enough time to clear, cars beat red light... wa liaoz

  i'm still thankful for the lights in Singapore...

  i remember the lights in KL.. the one just outside the Puduraya bus station, near where the Nando's Chicken Restaurant corner...

  i timed it before.. the green man was on for 3 seconds before it turned red
