i've lost some weight recently..
breakfast = oatmeal with HL milk, raisins/dried fruit/unsalted nuts and seeds, slight touch of honey..
lunch = fish soup, or noodles with no oil
dinner = about half bowl of rice and veggies, minimal meat..
weekends i indulge a little

bkfst = ice kopi si + zhu change fen
lunch = usually cai png (2 veg + 1 meat)
dinner = depending on wat wanna eat
