  at times like these i really miss my mom a lot.

  she always made sure we had food at home.......and plus she's an awesome cook....

  I have already switched many doctors and only the last one  managed to help me to control it.  However, for some reasons, it started flaring up again recently.

  I don't take any medication orally anymore.... just some steroid cream.

  I can understand how you feel. Is it atopic ezenma? mrs seveneleven is suffering for almost a year now. she would go into depression or sometime call up crying. She is not on medication because if she takes  the steriod, her skin will be ok but the moment she stops, the condition comes back in an even heavier blow.

  But the medication bring out medical problems to her liver, kidney and eyesight. She had been to all doctor be be TCM, western or even old folks formula. I truly hope you get well soon and also mrs seveneleven to get well quickly too

  Thanks 7-11.  I hope that your wife gets better soon too.  I do feel for her.  I had the same problem with the steroid.  It was all good when i was taking it but everytime I started to adjust the dose, it all flared up again.  It took me a while to be able to get off the steroid tablets. 

  Has your wife tried UV therapy?  It helped me to get off the steroid tablets.  I stopped the UV therapy for a few months now but whenever I get a chance I will stand in the sun for about 10min just to get my natural UV.

  The itch is tormenting!

  I know a tcm doctor who has patient with skin problem. He took 1 yr to stablise the patient's condition. PM me if u need the contact. I think it might help ur wife's condition.

  no....her skin gets broken and fluid would ozz out when she scratches. i'm lucky my maid is helping in all the cream application. I lack patience . Frankly she has tried everythiung. even the MLM (american) health stuff. I don't believe in all these stuff but had to keep quiet and "support" her decision. To the extend of asking "god" which I totally don't believe  One of the cause of the problem is stress.

  She being a woman is concern with her appearance and these medication is making her hair loss. Sometime I feel like crying with her but still I can't really feel the pain she is undergoing just sympathetic. Only at times I just wish it was me suffering

  medically no! execpt, it hierdity . But western medicine believe it is food. she did a blood test $900.00 to determine and a whole list appears including rice but it come only once in a few years. usually the steriod works but this time it didn't but bring out other medical conditions

  7-11...  I really do feel for her as this is me when the rash is bad like now....  it is weeping at the moment too.  I try not to scratch it but it's hard to control.  What cream is your wife using?  If she's using steroid cream, just make sure she's only using it sparingly as it thins the skin.

  I remember when the rash first started last year.... I couldn't sleep through the night for the whole month because of the itch.  I was crying every night because I was feeling very tired for not being able to sleep.

  My poor husband is suffering with me too.... just like you suffer with your wife.  We can all cry together. 

  Can you get Ego QV products in Singapore?  There's this flare-up bath oil she can try using when the rash is bad.  I think I will have to start using it again tonight.

  got one time, it was 1 week winter holidays in Korea following by 1 week stay in National Skin Centre

  Poor thing... I wonder why the doctor never got her to try UV therapy.....  it helps me to get under control for a while.
