Deathlists and Room 101

The deathlists here keep changing and I can't keep up...let's post them (and the reasons for each entry) here. Let's see which Club 30 members other Club 30 members want to see float down the Kallang River.
While we're at it, let's discuss what we'd banish to Room 101, i.e. the things and people that we hate. This one's for everyone.

Coffee chains (overpriced drinks with too much sugar and fat)
Politicians
Tea bags (and getting charged more than a dollar for the friggin' tampon full of teadust)
Amy Winehouse (when will she ever give a proper live performance?)
Lip-synching
Speakers' Corner's denizens
The Ting Tings (too much brat-shouting)
Ham Murderer (for causing so much misery wherever he goes)
Restaurants that impose service charge without stating it (and give f*ck-all service)

New additions to Room 101:
Restaurants and cafes that impose extra taxes (and charge for water) without stating so anywhere.

I'd like to chuck Ben 10 into Room 101 as well. It's as bad as Power Rangers in my day...okay, make it both of them!
