  I'm gonna sticky this thread .... as club 30's official rant/complain thread ....

  inspired by neighbour's new pet ....

  got woken up at blardy 5am this morning ... but a cock crowing !!!!! .....

  must be a young chicken by the sound of it ... but loud enough, and persistent enough to wake me up from a potentially lucrative dream  ....

  somewhere in the neighbourhood, someone's now keeping chickens ....

  if this keeps up ... I'm gonna make KWAY PNG out of the chicken ! ....

  huh? so kampong ah.. got chicken crowing.. why not feed it with some mute poison.. sure make it stop making noise.

  Else deep fried spring chicken also not bad.

  Colour me an optimist, but I'm betting the situation will eventually resolve itself when neighbours closer to the source of the noise make their displeasure known to the homeowner rearing the chicken.

  Haha last time when I was living in Telok Kurau

  My neighbour had a pet goat and a $^&*%@ noisy parrot

   

  The parrot will sqwak at the goat and the goat will bleat at it

  Try listening to it for over an hour -_-

  I used to love to go to Malaysia to my mum's home when it was still a kampung

  The chicken they rear there are so fat that the skin is like 1cm thick!!!!!

  The government has since cleared the kampung and destroyed the swamp and beach near the kampung -_-"

   

  We used to go digging for white clams and cockles too and you harvest them by buckets!!! Oh ya the sea snails are fat and juicy too :x and you used to be able to scoop tiger prawns and squid from the rock pools

  But now the pollution there is so amazing that I avoid the beach and the swamp looks like a sewage dump -_-"

   

  Man can really destroy the environment :(

  Not surprising

  There are many failed housing, shopping projects and even weirdass ones, like reclaiming land from the sea (huh??)

  My family put it down to corruption

  Oh ya they reclaimed the sea near their place

  Seriously it was a total disaster I think

  The water stank and you get a whirlpool in a lagoon and someone drowned and they were all whispering about angry sea spirit and what not then

  That was a few years back already

  I've not been back to Port Dickson for a long time but I was very disappointed the last time I went there coz the sea breeze stank and I won't even get into the water coz it's like disgusting and litter was everywhere!!!
