Choi! U gotta take good care of yourself man .. Everytime u get dengue your health deterioate real fast.
I was extremely stupid last time .. but i am those kind who learn things the hard way.

When I got dengue all 3 times, I was younger than 16 yrs oldHaha

I still remember the 3rd time I got no symptoms at all but I went to my mum telling her I think I got dengueShe brought me to the doc for a blood test and the doc confirm -_-"

I was so bored in hospital too at that time coz no symptoms ma. Kenna scolding so many times by the nurse for walking around also.
The first 2 times was terrible though :X

Well if I didn't remember wrongly there are 5 different strains of DengueAnd once you get a strain, you cannot get it again...your body will be immune to it
So now I have 2/5 chance of getting Dengue if I get bitten by a carrier
I dun use repellent all the time la
It stinks

Actually, this brings back the memory, when I am maybe about 6-8 years old. We drove there in a High twin cab lorry pick up at night. Think its my baby bro or my younger sister had fever.
Goes in, look just like any old colonial era landed properties where we kids go for immunisation shots. The place is cold cos of the draft rising above the sea and bouncing down because of the small hills at the roads lah.

Like wat fairlady said lo .. Be careful of the still water at home .. And when u are out to those area just get some insect repellent .. I think got those odourless one.

Thing is we didn't have any stagnant water in our house. I think it's coz of our neighbours :X
But it's really scary lor, coz he was bleeding non-stop from his nose. Blood was just pouring out like a river. My mum was freaking then

I "think" one of them took something from there (Hillview), can't remember if they returned the next day or immediately on the night itself. After they returned the stuff, his friends came out of possession.

i went down with dad to get some munch and to the toilet after visiting my grandpa.. arnd 6pm..
we walked past an army soldier. - i remembered him fondly, as he was smiling and looking at me.
I felt something was amiss, and looked back. - gone!!!
then my dad asked me what i was seeing, and i told him about the army guy..
he said, he had not seen one at all..

The east side is still very dengue prone, donno why.
But yah, Elindra, at least have plenty of Citronella essential in the home to drive away mosquitos? Or just plug in those electrical ones.

I hate working night shifts there! I hate it even more when I had to go to the locker room so when I do night duties, I just put my bag somewhere in the ward so that I never have to go to the locker room. If I have to, I'll drag a colleague along with me. We don't go to the locker room alone at night. -
