I guess me quite lucky. Never had any serious encounters in any hospitals or army camps. The most spooky was having the feeling something else was around, and noises & knockings in a hotel room.
It's really scary! I could tell my colleagues that night were a bit frightened by me too because one minute, I was quiet and asleep, the next minute, I gasped loudly and woke up with a start and started to look all around me wide-eyed. First thing I said when my colleague asked, "What happened?" was, "Did you see that?!"
I still remember that old lady's surname.
I think the most scary one is the one my colleague told me about what happened to her friend
Her friend went to Australia for a holiday and got possessed and she brought the ghost back to Singapore.....and it took her a year to recover :x
One of my friends an air stewardess had an encounter in a Taiwanese Hotel, she said the colour of the vase in the hotel room gives clues of whether the room is haunted.
She told me she ever saw something hovering outside her window and when she slept that night, the slide doors on her hotel TV cabinet originally opened had closed halfway through the night. Spooky.

One of my friend's friend, went over to Thailand for holiday, came back to Singapore and within afew days committed suicide by jumping from his block of flats.
His parents and friends were shocked because he has no problems of any kind.
My friend believed that he got possessed in Thailand.
Hotels... hmm... come to think of it, donkey years ago, I went with with a friend to Batam for a vacation but halfway through, because of urgent business matters, my friend had to leave so I was left alone. The next two nights, I couldn't sleep cause I thought I kept seeing dark shadows climbing all around the curtains. I didn't really believe in ghosts then, I never really believed in them till I experienced them when working as a nurse, so I thought it was just my crazy imagination.
Come to think of it, maybe, they WERE apparitions!!

That's what she told me.
Think it's something to do with feng shui also.

A few years ago, I'd laugh in your face but now, I believe in such things, especially after I inadvertently 'brought home' that horrible scary spirit!
I heard that Christmas Island is very haunted
I dunno how true is that because I've never been there before but it's said the people living on the island don't venture out after dark because those who do were never seen again
Dunno how true is that also

I was also a non-believer, till I saw the shadows for myself while I was in camp.

Back then, I was a science person, if anything cannot be explained by science, then it probably doesn't exist.
That was before I saw the shadow.

maybe that's how they protect the coconut crabs there from poachers ....
Y'know, maybe subconsciously, the reason why my house is messy is cause if the dark figure or the mischievous little boy-ghost returns, they will trip and fall over my mess in the dark before they can come anywhere near me! You think, good idea?

I didn't believe until I found out 5-6 of us experienced the same thing at different times but in the same place. Now, what can you say to that?

it's not funny lor
They actually rented a holiday bungalow and it was very late at night when they suddenly heard a woman singing. All of them heard it and it was not them
Than my colleague's friend had a dream that night. She dreamt of the house when it was newer and she saw 3 women in the garden having tea. she could not see their face but she asked them in her dream if they used to live here and if they were ghosts. They replied yes and she woke up.
Nothing happened in Oz after that but when she came back to SG, she changed. She couldn't cook or bake anymore though she used to be an excellent cook and she feared the sun. She quit her job and stayed at home. She couldn't seem to take light at all.
Anyway they tried all forms of help but she didn't improve till she became a Christian....I guess coz Ang Mo ghost???

Don't think they have physical form or do they.
So what if they fall, they can't die anymore right.
Might just piss them off that they enlist the help of fellow ghost to come haunt you.
It's a lame excuse to not pack your house.

Haha, or on the flip side, prolonging your agony when Ju-On like things slowly crawling across the room to you!!

Ooh ooh..OCH..went there twice..once at Thursday morning at 4am...5 of my friends..just go there prowling through the wards, the lift, the connector, the morgue, the pharmacy and the infamous "waiting room" but nothing spooky on our first trip..only that the floor was littered with glass fragments..and happened to be it's a full moon..so everything was actually bright and "romantic"
But the 2nd time, i went there..it was with 5 friends albeit different friends..we started from the entrance with the layout A-B-C-D-E..we made a headcount..heard 5 then we proceed...because C & D were girls..we held hands la as we foraged..because I had been there before..I was A and B also been there before..then, we walked past the lift and the connector to the annex...then we went to the other building..the feeling was overwhelming..like so many pairs looking at u...then, from the lift there..we decided to go back..so we made a headcount..However, after the last person said "5", we heard a deep voice saying 6..it dark and just nice, the torchlight we happened to bring was an old L Torch which is god damn faulty..then, i told my friend "e" not to scare us la..got girls wat..but "E' insisted he didnt say "6" and the voice was in front..So, i decided to modify the headcount by counting your number and make a continous "hummmmm" so u cant say anything..and again, we heard the same voice saying "6" and hummm as well!!!
Wah lau..in the darkness, we just clawed our way down the staircase and to the carpark because it was a linear pathway..Once on safe grounds, E told one of the girls "D" why she didnt follow the layout and tugged at his arm from behind...but the girl "D' told him she didn't and she was in front of him..and she suddenly was spooked when she looked at E because the hand she was holding was wearing a long sleeved shirt but E was wearing a t shirt..and that the hand she had been holding was very cold and wet...i hear that story and typing it now, already gives me goosebumps...after that, we ciao and promised to not go exploring again..but the promise was broken when we went to BB cemetary earlier this year which was more frightening..-_-

The last time I went with my group of friends to OCH, this guy was very naughty. We saw another group walking up, but the group didn't see us. Then my friend made the "hooo....hooo...." noise, the other group thought they heard something. It was darn funny.
