Ok Folks, looks like Honey is interested in Kian Seng ^^ I believe most of us have no objections going back again.

How things will be done:
1. There will be no seating arrangements. It will be free seating
2. Seperate checks for each table
3. Menu below is the fixed menu. You can order additional food at your table if you want.
4. Estimated prices for the food will be posted by Feb 10. Pls note that this is strictly an estimation and is divided equally among the tables. The final bill can be more or less. Our last outing bill was below the estimation although we ordered additional food.Gluttons:

when it comes to fish heads, a few guys have seen me take it apart so i'm always game for fish head

It's not oil steamed style
That is Hong Kong Steam
They don't steam the fish in the oil, they pour the hot oil over the fish after steaming

the crabs last time wasn't quite enough .....
