  yup.. is signature dish.. and the gravy is yummy for dipping. I always have two mini mantou and plenty of gravy.

   

  There many nice simple dishes like:

   

  -Deep fried seafood beancurds

  - Fried egg Furong

  - chilies and garlic calamaries( fried sotong)

  -Steam fish head

  -Pi pah ya ( Roasted duck)

  - Crispy skined chicken

  -prawn paste chicken wings

  -egg white steam prawn

  -herbal steam prawn

  -sambal fried rice.

  -Malay fried mee

  - coffee pork ribs

  -hotplate beef with onion

  -deep fried tian chi ( frog)

  -kangkong Fu zhu with chilies padi ( extra chilies)

  -po cai with bao gu ( vegie with abalone mushroom)

  -seafood claypot

  The chicken wings are reddish in colour and it is crispy on outside juicy inside.
