  tis is one outing tat it's not for everyone, esp the fainted hearted... so it's okie if some dun go de, i won't cry over it one, i promise....

   

  pinky, since not all would eat the turtle soup... how are we gonna spilt the bill har? paiseh i very "technical" in tis... cos my maths no good, the last thing i want is to crack our heads after a wonderful meal... by tat time all the blood go to the tummy liao

   

  and hor those turtles are nothing NEAR cute... one of the workers' toe got biten off b4

  Very easy la this kind of thing. Ask them to give seperate bills for turtles and normal dishes than we split from there. Even if they can't do it just minus out the turtle cost and split seperately ourselves :)

  I did say they are not cute ma >.<" I don't like soft shell turtles. They are nasty and their neck when stretch long long look damn icky

  turtle liver is mundo delicious!

  the paw is also nice to eat... skin bits have this nice texture and is full of collagen

  Yeah.

  The tadpole thing you know the Japanese comic on food AV lent you? I have up to book 63 :P There is book they were talking about Soft Shell Turtles and the way they describe  the intestines and liver etc make me drool and they were talking about how turtles help to increase tadpole strength. Hahahah

  i want to repeat the turtle story here again .. that I mentioned to you all b4 ..

  My uncle in Msia, once he was in the restaurant, the owner was trying to sell him a turtle for soups .. He looked at the turtle and felt that the turtle looked so pityful. He bought the turtle and brought it home instead. He went to the temple to "ask" for a suitable time to release the turtle.

  At the auspicious time, he released the turtle, telling that turtle to swim back to its parents and tell the parents he was the one who released it ..

  After that, he went to buy toto .. He decided to buy his age, son's age (son was with him in buying the turtle n releasing) and dunno what other numbers related to him ..

  When the toto opened, he missed the 1st division by 1 number!

  He realli feels that it was the luck that was brought to him by the turtle. He said had he eaten the turtle, maybe he won't tio toto ..

  thanks fatum for the sms. few weeks ago while tare mentioned that place, i went there for lunch . I usually go to lor 19 one where they sell only turtle soup or black chicken soup.

  turtle house offer their "cooking wine" free flow but it should go well with other liquior
