  Yes drinking coffee can help you lose weight.  A mug a morning help to improve your heart beating, up your metolbolism.

  But you cannot exceed more then 3 cups a day, and your coffee must be black, black, black.  No sugar, fake sugar or cream.

  i also beri tired.

  Was helping out at the nursery at one of those big ass church in USA.

  Manz.....the babies were crying, and I had my hands full with the twins.

  And we were understaffed and over the reasonable amount of babies for the day!

  Can you imagine if I didnt go in to help, there is only 1 girl to maybe 12 x 1  year olds!

  A couple of them, I had to cuddle them to my chest to calm them down.  So on and off, I was giving turns to the babies, depending on whos crying the worse.

  There was this two different little girls at different time of that morning, with curly brown hairs that was always balling themselves into me so I can hold them at my chest.  So very the cute!

  Another was a really platinum blonde girl called Elizabeth, with the most beautiful purple eyes!  And she was such a good girl, i didnt have to cuddle her!

  The last was a blonde hair little boy in a sailors outfit and he was too big to ball up, but he did stayed well with me, and my wards was too exicited to sleep, even if I put them in separate cribs.

  One of the twins, was very particular about me carryng another child.  he will always come to me, push others away and basically wants to be held too.  But when I hold him, he will wiggle away andgo play.

  Didn't sleep very well over the weekend. Surviving on adrenaline and caffeine right now.

  And I was doing a computer simulation via remote access for the past 1 1/2 hours.... when the connection suddenly terminated and the window closed.

  1 1/2 hours of work gone down the drain.

  Whoever is responsible for this..... I'm gonna shove the biggest rectal probe up his rear end and charge it up with 30,000 volts of alternating current!!!!
