  well it just look really uncomfy.... i used nasal spray b4, i hated it >.<

  this isn't nasal spray.. it's nasal passage irrigation...

  basically it cleans out your nasal passages and maybe even sinus cavities with warm saline...

  if you have a nasal infection, the saline will clean out the yuckky stuff and also the salt will disinfect the place by killing the bacteria there...

  That's what I thought when I saw it in use. I thought I would have trouble using it but I didn't. Once you try it you'll think, "where have you been all my life?" haha
