It's still a new idea to some people in Singapore. And there's probably a reason why, of the tens or hundreds of examples out there, ST chose that particular one-sided example which involved a Caucasian partner.
1. Prenup is not valid in Singapore.
2. There is some clause, that do make a prenup invalid. Like in the occasion of a child's birth. Or that both spouse has been together for a certain number of years that both felt to have been fruitful and not as a result of greed.
