well, u don't have to worry
because the backdrops you see are all printed in 72dpi
only when u want to do photo prints then the recommended dpi is 300

Kill Bill 2 at 300kB/sand it switches every few minutes

well even if its just 72 dpi, your resolution should at least hit near the page size OR the size they are going to print.
10.2megapixels can plaster an image on the side of a building leh.
alot of people send things for print, want high quality but dunno wtf they are talking about.
72dpi prints on a magazine is acceptable.

try this way... resize on your screen to a comfortable size and then do a screen capture... might increase your DPI
