  That's what I've been doing. On a serious note, I've been steering her away from extreme diets. Her gastric will definitely act up. We're hitting the neighbourhood gyms next month after we're settled on a few issues.

  Or Tare can try yoga or pilates - though need to inform instructor about prior medical history just so they know her limits. Wasted a trip to the neighbourhood mall but at least back before the heavens opened. Couldn't find the St Ives scrub.
