Actually if you suffer from bloatedness easily u should not eat overnight food :x
Or make this nice tea I like to drink. Very refreshing
Lipton tea you infuse with lemongrass and a bit of ginger. Can add some cardamon if you like too. Add sugar to taste.
Very good to help with digestion and clearing the stomach

actually, we're kinda spoilt for choice when it comes to food around our work area... meaning zora, pinkybear and myself...
lots of good things to eat here..
even the "western food" around my office is good..
i guess that's why i've grown fat

Ya I can buy very decent and cheap "Western Food" around my office areaWe are really spoilt
When I changed my job, the one thing I cannot adjust is the lack of food to choose from
