thing is, yes I admire how they did it. but over fuels, there's this statement "They're encouraging the use of hybird cars, CNG over the use of conventional diesel and petrol"
Thing is, the rebate given to hybird cars aren't tat fantastic neither are diesel tat 'dirty' as back in the 1980s in particular
