They didn't list all 52 varieties and Mooku clarified that it's the soup not the Dim Sum that you can only order one of eachAnyway who would want to drink so much soup...that's like filling yourself with water

Only soup is one serving.
The rest is a la carte - eat till you pop.
Should be worth it if you consider the quality of ingredients used.
