  did the doctor say what was the cause?

   

  mine is always caused by sinus blockage. so the pain is at the forehead, as opposed to the temples for most people.

  mine is a tension headache ..

  could be stress, or becoz i haven't been sleeping well

  could also be my sleeping posture that's giving me a muscle strain on my neck ..
