Ideal location of home in Singapore?

for me if I decide to settle down in one corner of Singapore
East: Simei
North: Nee Soon (Nearer to CBD than Woodlands)
West: Jurong East/ West

If money were no object: Sentosa Cove.

East: Geylang (Where there is plenty of good food that opens late, facilities from swimming pools, libraries, polyclinic and MRT is.)
West: Jurong Westm (Trying to buy a flat there now. Its good to rent out there. Looking for a 5I hdb resale, so I can build in two more bedrooms.)
North: Orchard Road (Only if I strike more then 2 toto top prize and has money to burn.)

simei now days is way too crowded and too many foreginers everywhere.

Kembangan is the best for the east....where i am currently staying...quiet place and not much people as well....also quite near to city and various amenities...

But but .. The bus there can take u almost everywhere in town! and a short ride to MRT station !
