Last time got one instance halfway, the invited dps got more aggro than the tank, then he questioned that to the group, and then just left.

General thumb of rule for dps-er, imo. Never grab aggro from tank .. Plan your cd in a way when tank got enough threat then u burst.

Is there alot of reform in Jubei?
There's alot of reform here in Barth.. Top Horde Pve guild in Barth just reform too .. My guild might be absorbing another guild soon too but if there's a wipe in DKP i am going to quit wow.

u serious in quitting wow meh? if absorb then there shouldn't be a wipe in DKP, if it's a merge then maybe...i dunnoe abt jubei, i only know abt my own guild :P
